• Associate Artist studios are for single use only to maintain a quiet and productive environment. 

• The studios are designated solely for work; live/work spaces are not provided.

• Associate Artists have access to their space during our regular operating hours. 

• Opportunities to exhibit work in the gallery

• Private storage and personal lockers are provided

• Associate Artists are responsible for thoroughly cleaning their personal spaces and shared work areas; Maker House staff will not be responsible for cleaning the Associate Artists' personal space.

• Clay must be purchased from Maker House 

• Hazardous materials and processes are strictly prohibited

• Pets are not allowed
